Strategic Programme and Operations Manager – Engineering

Rachael graduated with a Master's in Mathematics from Cambridge, before joining a small AdTech start-up in 2010. After eight and a half very busy years, she moved on to an AI start-up, where she was responsible for Operations for a year and a half. She gets very excited about efficiency and loves the chance to tidy things up. Her happy place is her balcony in summer and her sofa in the winter - either way, she'll have a book and some chocolate with her.

At Arbor, we’re on a mission to transform the way schools work for the better.

You’ve probably seen the headlines. Heavy workloads, constant change, admin pressure on teachers and staff at every level… sometimes it feels like this is just part and parcel of school life today. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
