Jelena graduated from Belgrade University, department of Psychology in 2011. She continued her education in the area of psychotherapy but then fell in love with HR and stayed there ever since. She had been working as a Recruitment Consultant for 5 years in different industries, after which she moved to the People Development team in an IT company and stayed there for the next 2 years. When she does have free time, she will spend most of it with her friends and family (both humans and cats) but also loves yoga or cycling.

At Arbor, we’re on a mission to transform the way schools work for the better.

You’ve probably seen the headlines. Heavy workloads, constant change, admin pressure on teachers and staff at every level… sometimes it feels like this is just part and parcel of school life today. But it doesn’t have to be this way.
