Hafifah graduated from De Montfort University in 2011 with a degree in Business Information Management. Before joining Arbor’s Customer Team, she worked for 7 years in various schools in Leicestershire as an IT Technician. Outside of work, her interests include gaming, lazing in the garden and dark chocolate ... all food should be smothered in chocolate.
