About the role

Our Customer team is at the forefront of our customer journey and they strive to go above and beyond for our end users at each stage of their journey with us. 

We are looking for a creative and professional Digital Resources Consultant to join our customer team and help us create a learning journey with supporting materials for accrediting our growing network of support partners on all areas of the Arbor MIS. 

The remit and focus of the role is to create an engaging and scalable learning journey, including a full suite of training  decks and accreditation tests, for new support partners. It’s a broad and exciting role, so we’re looking for someone up for a challenge - if you’re a passionate content creator and an education ambassador, this is the role for you.

During this 6 month contract you will…

  • Create scalable and easy to maintain support partner training decks and accreditation tests across Arbor core and advanced modules
  • Collaborate with internal Arbor experts to pull together high quality materials and resources 

About you

  • 3 years + experience within the education technology sector
  • Experience in facilitating and delivering training in both a virtual and face-to-face setting
  • Ability to develop a high level of technical knowledge and translate this into easy to use training materials
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work proactively and independently to tight deadlines
  • Passionate about education technology and transforming the way schools work
  • Ideally has worked in a secondary school setting
