About the role

As Sales Administrator, you will support our Group Account Management function, that is new to the MIS division of The Key Group and supports multiple brands. You will be a point of contact for customers, managing the Account Management inbox, assisting with review meetings and escalating concerns where applicable.

Core responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for customer account management queries

• Work closely with the Group Account Managers, to serve the needs of the customer base as appropriate

• Manage the Account Management inbox, escalating questions/concerns

• Develop trusted relationships with customer stakeholders

• Keep churn within target

• Assist in the management of Account Management review meetings

• Support the business in generating leads for customers who are ready to upgrade to our latest software

About you

• Experience working in a fast paced, dynamic company in an administrative position.

• You will enjoy working in a team environment, supporting your immediate team and the wider business.

• Evidence of good planning and organisational skills

• A passion for great customer service and understanding the needs of our end users.

• Ability to work across teams and engage multiple stakeholders

• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills

• Experience in education / edtech market would be a bonus
