About the role
As Senior Project Manager, you will undertake a hybrid role where you will spend 50% of your time implementing Arbor and managing stakeholder relationships in secondary schools where a customer has paid for project management.
The other 50% of your time, you will manage a team of Junior Project Managers/Project Managers where your role will be to nurture and develop both the team and its processes as Arbor continues to scale. We will be looking for a passion for growing and developing people as well as a good understanding of what makes our schools successful during their onboarding.
Core Responsibilities
Spending 50% of your time managing the end to end implementation of secondary schools to the Arbor MIS including managing the data migration process.
Line Managing a team of 2 Junior Project Managers by delivering monthly 1-1’s, half-yearly performance reviews, and individual development plans to ensure the success of the team
Work closely with the Project Team Lead and relevant internal stakeholders to monitor and improve customer experience
Assist the Project Team Lead in planning resource and calculating capacity for new projects within the team
Work closely with the Project Team Lead and relevant internal stakeholders to manage internal programmes of work with the team in line with our business strategy & OKRs
Own and develop scalable processes for our specialised onboarding services.
Managing Arbor SLT reporting of project risk across your teams projects, supporting the planning and execution of risk mitigation across your teams projects
Management of key stakeholders internally and externally
Escalation point for your team and schools during onboarding
Team coaching as part of quality assessment process, championing best practice for project delivery
Maintain and update Gainsight, CRM and track the performance of this in your team.
About you
1 Year + project management background, with a comprehensive understanding of best practice in managing a project
1 year + experience as a team lead in a project office/ project management environment OR 1 year + experience of working in an Enterprise SAAS environment implementing software
A proven track record in communication and building relationships and with key stakeholders
Capable of working effectively within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and results-oriented culture, demonstrating strong operating instincts, organisational skills and discipline.
Proficient in Microsoft and Mac OS Platforms, able to use Excel/ Google Sheets to a high level of expertise.
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites at least 30% of your time
