About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our established and growing Partnership team. We are looking for an adaptable, multi-tasker who can build strong and mutually beneficial relationships with our network of partners. Key aspects of the role will be to generate pipeline and uptake of Arbor and ScholarPack across defined areas / relationships, whilst ensuring high levels of school support and satisfaction including the management of renewals. This is a great opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team and help further advance the role partners play in our growth. 

Core responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the operational relationship between Arbor, Scholarpack and Framework Agreement holders e.g. local authorities England wide 
  • Engage with and maintain effective relationships with third-party support partners 
  • Drive uptake of ScholarPack across partner areas via a variety of means (SP/Partner event collaboration, webinars, marketing content, 1:1 demos etc)
  • Manage renewals for all third party schools, including debt chasing when necessary
  • Resolve commercial issues and questions alongside the Head of Sales and Partnerships
  • Authorise and manage the accreditation of third party support partners 
  • Ensure target SLAs are being met
  • Identify potential flight risks and intervene to mitigate against those risks

About you

  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of the edtech sector and local authorities 
  • Account management experience; building and maintaining partner relationships 
  • Field sales experience desirable, with ability to facilitate and deliver group presentations 
  • Keen attention to detail and core relationship building skills
  • Good multitasker, with the ability to context switch on a daily basis
