About the role

Our Project team is responsible for making the onboarding process for our schools as efficient and smooth as possible. This can be a stressful time for schools so you will be a great communicator and able to guide the school the process with care. 

We are looking for a passionate Project Coordinator to help us successfully support the implementation of Arbor MIS to our Primary and Special schools. You will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, owning the onboarding process with the schools and managing risk. 

This is a fast paced and varied position, so if you enjoy a challenge whilst helping schools with our time saving product - this could be the role for you!

Core responsibilities

  • Managing onboarding projects with schools to the Arbor MIS, including managing the data migration process and ensuring tasks are completed with/ by the school on key dates.
  • Prepare, plan and lead internal and external calls and meetings to ensure customer priorities are being met and disseminate information to relevant teams. 
  • Coordination of training with the school and internal training teams.
  • Escalation point for risk and project dependencies of the school.
  • Planning mitigation against risk and providing solution, including visits to clients to ensure that client remains successful. 
  • Responsible for overall project success and customer outcomes.

About you

  • Experience working in either a project support, coordinator or software background desirable.
  • Understanding of the national educational landscape desirable.
  • Experience of working directly with Key Stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate clearly with them throughout a project lifecycle.
  • Capable of working effectively within an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and results-oriented culture, by demonstrating strong operating instincts, organisational skills and discipline. 
  • Ability to use a CRM/MIS database systems; ability to interpret data in order to understand school needs
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Mac OS Platforms, able to use Excel/ Google Sheets to a high level of expertise.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to client sites at least 20% of your time

The safety and wellbeing of all Arbor employees is our number one priority. Therefore this role will be home based for the foreseeable future during the COVID-19 outbreak and will subsequently be based at our Leeds City Centre or West London office once it is safe to return to an office environment. We will visit customers when schools are adapted to their new ways of working and are ready to welcome us.
