Partner Success Analyst – Customer Support

Brad studied Photography at Bradford college and went onto secure his first role in Local Authority for Leeds City Council and for the last three years worked in the Housing sector.
His passion for customer service and wanting to make a difference led him straight to Arbor, where he joined the team as a Customer Success Analyst.
Brad loves sport and has competed professionally in Europe for BMX and also played Football for Huddersfield Town Academy in the first team for under 18’s from 2010 to 2012.
Outside of work you’ll find him either tinkering with his car or on his BMX!
