After taking an extended break from education, Johnny graduated from York St John University in 2021 with a degree in English Language and Creative Writing. With experience in a range of sectors such as hospitality, retail and finance, Johnny has enjoyed being able to combine his passion for customer service with his interest in language and communication, since joining Arbor. Outside of work, Johnny enjoys travelling and vows to one day write a book in order to prove to people that it was in fact worthwhile studying Creative Writing...
